Account Coordinator

About the role

Think Specialist Recruitment is partnering with a national award‑winning ecommerce/events business near Aylesbury to recruit an Account Coordinator on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. The role supports day‑to‑day operations, manages a large client account and assists colleagues with ad‑hoc assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Understand client needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Communicate proactively to ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities and work with sales to drive revenue.
• Process daily orders and deliveries across multiple systems, ensuring accurate invoicing.
• Organise courier bookings and liaise with customers on delivery discrepancies, stock issues, order changes, damages and tracking.
• Execute system adjustments, receipts and dispatches.
• Collaborate with warehouse and office teams to manage processes and meet deadlines.
• Respond to client communications via phone and email.

• Prior customer service experience is essential.

• Strong administrative skills for handling orders, invoices and client data.
