Account Coordinator – Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking an Account Coordinator to support our manufacturing client in Tewkesbury. The role involves managing client accounts, coordinating projects from inception to delivery, and acting as the main liaison between customers, suppliers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and build strong relationships.
• Liaise with key suppliers to deliver projects successfully.
• Negotiate product specifications, quantities and costs.
• Coordinate with design, transport and warehouse teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Support business development and project management activities.
• Attend client meetings, provide feedback to production teams and report on performance against KPIs.

Required profile

• Excellent communication with a positive attitude.
• Full UK driving licence and own transport.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Experience in account or project coordination within a manufacturing environment is advantageous.

Required skills

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
