Account Coordinator – Manufacturing Projects

About the role

We are looking for an Account Coordinator to manage manufacturing projects for our client in Tewkesbury. The role involves overseeing client accounts, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring successful delivery of bespoke products. You will act as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and build strong customer relationships.
• Liaise with key suppliers to negotiate specifications, quantities and costs.
• Coordinate with design, transport and warehouse teams to ensure project delivery.
• Support business development and project management activities.
• Attend client meetings, provide feedback to production teams and report on KPIs.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and ability to read technical drawings.
• Full UK driving licence and own transport.
• Strong customer service and client‑facing experience.
