Account Development Executive – Hybrid (Vehicle Leasing)

About the role

As an Account Development Executive you will focus on nurturing and expanding relationships with existing business customers in the vehicle leasing sector. Working from our Ellesmere Port office on a hybrid basis, you will identify new leasing opportunities, re‑engage inactive accounts and help drive repeat business.

Key responsibilities

• Contact existing and previous business customers to discuss new leasing options.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships.
• Identify additional leasing opportunities within current accounts.
• Re‑engage customers who have not used our services recently.
• Manage a pipeline of opportunities and provide accurate quotations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales or account management experience, preferably in vehicle leasing, fleet management, commercial vehicles or related finance sectors.
• Existing network of business contacts in the automotive or asset‑finance market is a strong advantage.
• Ability to understand customer needs, propose suitable leasing solutions and build trust.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently without micromanagement.

Required skills

• Knowledge of vehicle leasing products and financing structures.
• Familiarity with quotation and CRM tools used in sales pipelines.

What we offer

• Competitive basic salary £28,000‑£30,000 per year.
• Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £40,000‑£60,000.
