Account Director – TikTok (London)

About the role

Vacherin is seeking an experienced Account Director to lead a high‑profile TikTok hospitality contract across three London sites. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape the overall strategy, ensure consistent food quality, and drive commercial success while fostering strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of three General Managers.
• Oversee the delivery of a Central Production Unit (CPU) food model across multiple locations.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships with TikTok.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement of the catering and hospitality offering.
• Manage commercial performance, profitability, and identify growth opportunities.
• Align services with TikTok’s fast‑paced workplace culture.
• Collaborate with culinary, operational, and support teams to deliver best‑in‑class service.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and client expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large multi‑site catering or workplace hospitality contracts.
• Strong commercial and financial management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Leadership experience with senior management teams.
• Innovative, forward‑thinking mindset and comfort in a dynamic environment.
