Account Executive – Bilingual English/French

About the role

Scaled Agile is looking for a multilingual Account Executive who can drive enterprise and upper mid‑market sales across Europe. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and work closely with partners to expand existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead insight‑driven conversations that educate customers on the risks of the status quo and the value of Agile, AI, and Lean Portfolio Management.
• Expand strategic accounts by understanding business needs and delivering a personalized SAFe experience.
• Own the complete deal lifecycle: prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close with discipline and urgency.
• Create momentum in complex, mid‑sized enterprise deals where buyers are uncertain or divided.
• Engage directors, VPs, and executives across technology, product, finance, and transformation functions.
• Build compelling business cases that translate Agile and AI transformation into economic and operational outcomes.
• Collaborate with marketing, partners, and delivery teams to ensure smooth deal closure and successful customer launch.
• Represent Scaled Agile at industry events, sharing thought leadership rather than product demos.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French (written and verbal); additional language is a plus.
• 2+ years of quota‑carrying B2B sales experience, preferably in technology, services, or transformation‑focused offerings.
• 2+ years of account‑management experience, leveraging existing contacts to grow a book of business.
