Account Executive – Credit Insurance

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Account Executive to join our independent credit insurance brokerage. You will support a diverse portfolio of SME clients, maintaining regular contact and building strong professional relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, efficient service to existing SME clients and identify potential new customers.
• Provide comprehensive insurance solutions, handling placements, amendments, and renewals.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and within reasonable timeframes.
• Contribute to a professional company image and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Previous account handling experience within a credit insurance environment.
• Strong insurance technical knowledge.
• Excellent communication, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and process large amounts of information quickly.
• Commercial awareness.
