Account Executive – French Speaking (London)

About the role

Hiya is looking for a French‑speaking Account Executive to drive new business for Hiya Connect in France. Based in London, you will work closely with marketing, SDRs and partner channels to build a pipeline, manage the full sales cycle and deliver measurable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and close new French accounts from start to finish.
• Collaborate with SDRs, marketing and partner teams to generate and nurture pipeline.
• Conduct discovery calls, product demos and solution‑focused presentations.
• Build strong relationships with sales leaders, operations and customer‑experience decision‑makers.
• Achieve and exceed quota by driving new ARR growth.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM data (Salesforce).
• Work cross‑functionally with Customer Success, Sales Engineering and Product teams.
• Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends and competitive landscape.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English with excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience managing a full sales cycle in a B2B environment.
• Strong customer‑centric mindset and ability to build long‑term relationships.
• Self‑starter who takes initiative and meets ambitious targets.
