About the role

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers in commercial client organisations.
• Provide expert risk advice and mitigation strategies alongside a market‑leading broking team.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the broker’s portfolio.
• Collaborate with insurers to secure optimal solutions for clients.
• Contribute to the office’s strategic growth objectives and succession planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Account or Development Executive within a commercial environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Motivation to progress towards professional qualifications such as ACII (support available).
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client care and service excellence.
