Account Executive

About the role

We are looking for an Account Executive to support the Account Manager in growing our daily rental fleet business. You will act as the primary point of contact for corporate rental customers, delivering high‑quality service and helping to increase rental volume.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Account Manager in managing allocated customer accounts and daily rentals.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with corporate customers and drivers.
• Deliver timely solutions that meet customer needs and contribute to fleet utilisation.
• Generate regular customer reports and manage inbox communications.
• Identify and propose value‑added services and product updates.
• Support vehicle availability, stock presentation, and pricing discussions.
• Perform general administration and fleet‑management tasks as required.
• Participate in ongoing training and vehicle‑knowledge sessions.

Required profile

• Proven track record in a similar commercial role; fleet knowledge is a plus.
• Methodical, process‑driven with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure, especially during peak periods.
• Strong numeracy, literacy and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
