Account Executive - Manufacturing

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established packaging and manufacturing business to find an experienced Account Executive. This office‑based position focuses on supporting a portfolio of UK key clients, ensuring their requirements are understood, coordinated and delivered efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer specifications and maintain accurate records in Dynamics 365.
• Coordinate artwork and carton design requirements.
• Raise and manage sales and production orders.
• Oversee forecasts and stock levels (VMI).
• Liaise with production teams to confirm feasibility and track progress.
• Apply pricing structures and source additional pricing when needed.
• Provide reporting, updates and resolve account queries.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Previous experience in account management, account support or internal sales, preferably within manufacturing or packaging.
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a structured way.
• Confident communicator with a relationship‑focused approach.
• Proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

What we offer

• Salary £30,000‑£34,000 depending on experience.
• 26 days holiday plus bank holidays.
• Monday‑Friday, 9am‑5pm schedule.
