Account Executive – Staffing Sales (Onsite)

About the role

Kelly Services is seeking an Account Executive to drive business growth in Birmingham, AL. You will work directly with strategic staffing accounts and local businesses, delivering consultative sales solutions and expanding our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business with high‑volume staffing accounts and high‑margin local clients.
• Expand and retain existing customers to increase market share and profitability.
• Create and present proposals and pricing models tailored to client needs.
• Achieve sales metrics and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of experience in a staffing agency sales role.
• Proven ability to provide strategic, consultative support to customers.
• Strong networking, relationship‑building, and negotiation capabilities.
• Willingness to work onsite with occasional travel between branch locations.
