Account Executive – UK Market

About the role

Ramp is looking for one of its first UK‑based Account Executives to drive expansion across the European market. You will operate in a fast‑moving, high‑velocity sales motion targeting small and mid‑market businesses, qualifying quickly and closing deals across diverse countries and cultures. This role also offers the chance to shape Ramp’s broader EMEA go‑to‑market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue for Ramp, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Manage a high‑volume book of SMB and mid‑market accounts while navigating complex, multi‑stakeholder deals.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to feed customer insights back into the product.
• Adapt sales approaches to cultural and commercial nuances across multiple European markets.
• Own pipeline, activity metrics and revenue targets in a data‑driven environment.
• Maintain clean CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting and disciplined follow‑ups.

Required profile

• AI fluency as a daily habit, comfortable using AI tools to boost productivity.
• Minimum 2 years of quota‑carrying SaaS sales experience.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and consistently hit or exceed targets.
• High autonomy and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Willingness to work five days a week onsite in London and travel across the UK and continental Europe.
• Fluency in additional European languages is a plus.
