About the role
Join LKQ UK & Ireland as an Account Manager and take ownership of a portfolio of valued customers across the automotive aftermarket. You will build strong relationships, deliver tailored solutions and help drive sales performance in your territory.
Key responsibilities
- Create strong leads and opportunities for all ECP channels while ensuring compliance with marketing and promotional activities.
- Identify existing, lapsed and new business opportunities within branch‑specific geographical areas.
- Conduct customer account reviews with branch management, focusing on KPIs and growth opportunities.
- Develop positive, professional relationships with internal stakeholders and maintain a deep understanding of the automotive aftermarket.
- Act as a key member of the ECP Business Development Team, demonstrating team standards, behaviours and values.
- Participate in regional customer events and attend national and local training sessions.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to develop customer relationships.
- High levels of focus, energy and drive.
- Strong business acumen and a commitment to delivering best‑in‑class service.
