Account Manager – Consumer Team

About the role

Censuswide is seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to join its Consumer team. Based in London with a hybrid/remote setup, you will support leading PR agencies and brands by delivering research solutions that meet their strategic needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients, building strong relationships to generate business.
• Arrange and attend face‑to‑face or virtual meetings, presenting research proposals and cost estimates.
• Provide consultative advice on research methodology and creative ideas.
• Manage the full research lifecycle from questionnaire design to delivery of final results.
• Support senior colleagues with project management throughout research campaigns.
• Own the complete sales cycle – from initial contact to quoting and closing deals.
