Account Manager – Courier & Logistics

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to support our growing courier and logistics business. You will work closely with the sales and operations teams, providing administrative and customer‑service support to ensure smooth deliveries across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and handle enquiries.
• Book deliveries into the system and allocate them to the nearest driver.
• Monitor delivery schedules, ensure on‑time arrivals and communicate updates to drivers.
• Offer suitable solutions based on customer requirements and build strong relationships.
• Assist in managing sales and organisational operations efficiently.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and stay informed on industry trends.

• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and develop through ongoing training.

Required skills

What we offer

• Competitive salary of £28,000‑£30,000 per year.
• Full‑time permanent contract, Monday‑Friday 12 pm‑8 pm.
