Account Manager – Creative Advertising & Media

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, creative and self‑motivated Account Manager to join our JACK team in London, part of the wider Build Hollywood sales team. You will manage a portfolio of agency clients, develop new business opportunities and work closely with our Creative Studio to deliver outdoor media campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing and new agency clients, delivering excellent client service.
• Write proposals, presentations and develop site plans in response to briefs.
• Plan, manage and implement campaigns from start to finish, ensuring they meet budget and quality standards.
• Generate experiential, stunt and ambient ideas together with the Creative Studio.
• Maintain clear understanding of sales targets, respond to new client enquiries and support outreach activities.
• Research industry trends and identify potential new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating at Account Manager level.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and develop strong client relationships.
• Media and advertising savvy with a passion for youth culture.
• Project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to sell ideas and concepts and work to sales targets.

What we offer

• Salary £34,000‑£38,000 per year (dependent on experience) plus quarterly sales bonus and annual bonus scheme.
