Account Manager – Fleet Rental Solutions

About the role

As an Account Manager you will be the primary point of contact for corporate rental customers, ensuring they receive outstanding service and tailored fleet solutions. You will help grow Global Autocare’s daily rental portfolio while maintaining strong, long‑lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage allocated customer accounts, anticipating needs and delivering high‑quality service.
• Drive growth of existing accounts through deeper penetration and conversion to solus deals.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to identify expansion opportunities via mergers, acquisitions and affiliated companies.
• Prepare and process rental bookings, ensuring accurate order forms and timely delivery.
• Conduct regular account reviews, either by conference call or on‑site visits, and present findings to management.
• Monitor payment performance, flagging and escalating issues to protect the business.
• Handle high‑severity requests and escalations promptly and effectively.
• Identify suitable guests for corporate hospitality events and host them as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B account management, preferably within fleet or vehicle rental services.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence decision‑makers at all levels.
• Commercial acumen to recognise pricing and environmental challenges and propose competitive solutions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with internal teams.
