Account Manager – French Legal Solutions

About the role

TransPerfect is seeking an Account Manager to drive new business and support existing clients for its Legal Solutions division. The role focuses on French‑speaking customers and requires building strong relationships while promoting the company’s translation and localization services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of TransPerfect’s service portfolio, benefits and competitive advantages.
• Identify and prospect potential customers through cold calling, online research and trade shows.
• Qualify, develop and close sales opportunities in coordination with sales management.
• Educate clients on service offerings and act as the first point of contact for support.
• Collaborate with the Production Management Team to manage client expectations and ensure delivery quality.
• Handle pricing and contractual matters by following company procedures.
• Stay informed about each client’s industry and needs to uncover further business opportunities.

Required profile

• Interest or experience in strategic business development, client services or account management.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and French.
• Strong analytical abilities for revenue forecasting and budget monitoring.
• Ability to commute to the London office five days a week.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
