Account Manager – French Legal Solutions

About the role

The Account Manager will develop new business relationships and provide first‑level support to existing clients, with a specific focus on selling TransPerfect Legal Solutions to French‑speaking customers.

Key responsibilities

• Understand the capabilities, benefits and competitive advantages of TransPerfect’s services.
• Identify prospective customers and target organisations for sales activities.
• Generate new client relationships through cold calling, online research and trade‑show participation.
• Work with Sales Management to qualify, develop and close sales opportunities.
• Promote and educate clients about TransPerfect’s services.
• Provide customer support and manage expectations in liaison with the Production Management Team.
• Handle pricing and contractual issues by following company procedures.
• Learn each client’s industry and business needs to uncover further opportunities.
• Participate in special projects or duties as required.

Required profile

• Interest or experience in strategic business development, client services or account management.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and French.
• Analytical ability to project revenues and monitor budgets.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Willingness to commute to the London office five days a week.
