Account Manager – French Legal Solutions

About the role

TransPerfect is seeking an Account Manager to drive new business and support existing clients for its Legal Solutions division. The role focuses on French‑speaking customers and requires a blend of sales acumen, client service, and industry knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of TransPerfect’s legal translation and localization services.
• Identify and prospect new customers through cold calling, online research, and trade‑show participation.
• Qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities in coordination with sales management.
• Educate clients on service benefits and manage expectations alongside the Production Management Team.
• Handle pricing and contractual matters by following company procedures.
• Stay informed about each client’s industry and needs to uncover further business opportunities.
• Participate in special projects or additional duties as required.

Required profile

• Interest or experience in strategic business development or account management.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English and French.
• Strong analytical skills for revenue forecasting and budget monitoring.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and work effectively with diverse teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Willingness to work onsite in the London office five days a week.
