Account Manager – French Speaker (SaaS)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Account Manager who is fluent in French to join a fast‑growing SaaS company specialising in patent and trademark solutions. Based in Richmond, you will work on‑site, managing a portfolio of global clients and driving revenue through upselling and cross‑selling.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new sales and expand existing accounts worldwide, focusing on upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, delivering timely product and service support.
• Communicate client requirements to IT and Support teams and ensure seamless delivery.
• Forecast and track account metrics, identifying trends and potential issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain consistent service across multiple client projects.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, communications and activities in HubSpot.
• Travel to client sites, conferences and trade events as needed.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education or equivalent.
• Fluent French (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in a SaaS environment, preferably within intellectual property or patent solutions.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including outside regular hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Experience using HubSpot for CRM and account management.
