Account Manager – Global Employee Benefits

About the role

MAXIS GBN is seeking an Account Manager to serve multinational corporate clients from its London office. The role reports to the Regional Director, EMEA and focuses on delivering a seamless employee benefits experience across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary service contact for assigned multinational customers, addressing issues promptly to ensure an effortless experience.
• Manage day‑to‑day account activities, driving client satisfaction, loyalty, and persistency.
• Collaborate with sales partners, internal teams and technical functions to meet service level agreements and resolve complex customer concerns.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster a cooperative climate and maximize productivity.
• Monitor and improve service standards through regular surveys and proactive customer interactions.
• Support the Account Executive in handling high‑profile or highly complex client matters.
• Coordinate strategically across regions to deliver consistent results for global employee benefits.

Required profile

• Experience managing corporate accounts and delivering high‑quality client service.
• Ability to work with multinational customers and navigate cross‑functional teams.
• Strong focus on meeting service standards and achieving customer satisfaction targets.
