Account Manager – Hybrid (Bakewell)

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to act as the primary liaison between our international distributors, internal teams and live projects. This hybrid role, based in Bakewell, offers the chance to shape a new position within a supportive, long‑term focused business.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for international distributors.
• Prepare and manage quotations for project‑based enquiries.
• Follow up leads and coordinate with Territory Managers.
• Maintain sales opportunities within the CRM system.
• Build and nurture long‑term distributor relationships via phone and video meetings.
• Support technical queries in collaboration with internal engineering teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a sales role, preferably working with distributors.
• Strong relationship‑building abilities and a resilient attitude.
• Organised, proactive and confident managing multiple enquiries.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Excel.
