Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented Account Manager to join our team in Crewe, United Kingdom. In this role you will act as the primary liaison for assigned customers, understand their needs, analyse account data and help drive growth, retention and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee customer growth, training and best‑practice adoption to maximise business value.
• Analyse data from multiple CRM systems to identify drivers of account closures and churn.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, delivering high‑quality service and support.
• Conduct regular check‑in calls and account reviews to monitor satisfaction and usage.
• Identify churn risks and launch proactive outreach campaigns.
• Spot and act on upsell opportunities where appropriate.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.
