Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to join Cint’s EMEA Key Accounts team. You will manage a small portfolio of European clients, building long‑term relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers and key business stakeholders.
• Act as a consultative business partner, identifying client pain points and recommending solutions from Cint’s product suite.
• Implement quarterly account growth plans and achieve revenue targets.
• Communicate Cint’s value propositions aligned with customers’ business goals.
• Collaborate with Enterprise, Media Measurement and Connected Data teams to identify new business opportunities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all account management matters.
• Represent the voice of the customer within Cint to influence product and service improvements.
• Work closely with Customer Success, Development and Project Management to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track key account metrics.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in account management or a strategic client‑facing role.
• Proven consultative approach delivering best‑in‑class solutions.
• Strong relationship‑building and collaboration skills across corporate functions.
• Accountability and a passion for going the extra mile for clients.
• Ability to communicate, present and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C‑level.
• Excellent English communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Additional European language is a plus but not required.
