Account Manager

About the role

Join a fast‑paced events and technology environment where you will support clients and exhibitors throughout the sales cycle. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring enquiries and orders are handled accurately and on time while gaining exposure to audio‑visual, IT and network services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming client and exhibitor enquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
• Support Account Managers with quotes, amendments and follow‑ups.
• Monitor order deadlines, manage exhibitor orders and hand them over to operations.
• Identify new business opportunities through exhibitor outreach and research.
• Maintain pipeline updates, activity reports and liaise with sales, operations and technical teams.
• Provide occasional on‑site support at events and service desk assistance.

Required profile

• Experience in a sales support, account executive or customer‑facing role.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicator able to build relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Commercial awareness of sales processes and pipelines.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and target‑driven.

Required skills

• Familiarity with quoting systems or sales administration processes.
