Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our fast‑growing Amazon brand management team. You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, helping them translate performance data into actionable growth strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted, long‑term relationships with assigned clients.
• Lead discussions on sales strategy, performance insights, and growth opportunities, including upselling and cross‑selling.
• Analyse performance data to provide clear feedback on sales trends, fulfilment rates, and account progression.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are consistently exceeded.
• Engage with clients face‑to‑face, via video call, and email across all communication channels.

Required profile

• Experience in Amazon Vendor, e‑commerce, or fast‑moving consumer goods sales is highly desirable.
• Strong relationship‑management and client‑facing experience.
• Analytical mindset comfortable working with data and performance metrics.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused and genuinely interested in the Amazon ecosystem.

Required skills

What we offer

• £33,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission based on client growth.
• Monday‑Friday, 37.5 hrs/week with a half‑day on Friday.
