Account Manager – Logistics

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of UK and international logistics clients. You will work closely with customers to solve problems, maximise value and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of key client accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure service levels and client expectations are consistently exceeded.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Operations and Customer Service.
• Produce account reviews and performance reports.
• Manage customer queries and escalations.
• Drive continuous improvement across the customer journey.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Account Management, Customer Success or Client Relationship roles.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Commercial awareness with a consultative approach.
• Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Positive, proactive attitude.
