Account Manager – London & Surrounds

About the role

Join a well‑established international engineering business that is expanding rapidly across the UK. As an Account Manager you will build long‑term partnerships with existing customers, identify growth opportunities and ensure a high level of service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts in the South East region.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities while delivering consultative solutions.
• Collaborate closely with internal technical and service teams to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor account performance and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem solving.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management or territory sales.
• Consultative, customer‑first mindset with strong planning abilities.
• Confidence to work autonomously and manage multiple accounts.
• Exposure to engineering or electromechanical environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
