Account Manager - Marketing & Communication

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will act as the vital link between our prestigious clients and our internal production teams, driving excellence from concept to completion.

Main Missions

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Lead end-to-end project management, from initial brief and planning to final delivery.
• Oversee diverse campaign types, including print media, large-format displays, and promotional merchandise.
• Coordinate closely with internal production teams to ensure seamless execution of all marketing materials.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), budgets, and deadlines to ensure maximum profitability and quality.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in account management within a marketing or communications agency environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating client needs into actionable production briefs.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and meeting strict deadlines.
