Account Manager – Pharma Client (Hybrid)

About the role

This permanent position is with Randstad but you will be embedded on‑site at a major pharmaceutical client in the South East of England. You will split your week between four days on‑site and one day working from home, managing a dedicated white‑collar workforce solution and travelling across the UK as required.

Key responsibilities

• Lead an on‑site team of three Randstad professionals and act as the primary liaison between the client, your team and Randstad support functions (Compliance, Payroll, Billing, Recruitment Delivery).
• Partner with client hiring managers to capture and manage up to 70 open white‑collar requisitions, removing bottlenecks and ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain and audit VMS data (primarily B‑Line), conduct monthly compliance checks, oversee invoicing and resolve client queries.
• Analyse account performance data, prepare strategic presentations and deliver reviews that align Randstad’s commercial goals with the client’s vision.

Required profile

• Proactive problem‑solver with a proven track record in large‑scale outsourced white‑collar recruitment.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced pharmaceutical environment.
• Full UK driver’s licence and willingness to travel nationwide, ideally residing within an hour of Witney, Abingdon or Maidenhead.
