Account Manager – Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager to lead our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) portfolio from our EMEA headquarters in Haddenham. The role will manage existing accounts and generate new business where McCormick’s flavour solutions have low or no penetration, positioning us as the preferred supplier of condiments, coatings and seasonings.

Key responsibilities

• Own full P&L and KPI performance for assigned QSR accounts.
• Identify and develop new customer relationships to increase market share.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, setting standards and driving accountability.
• Provide value‑added service to maintain strong, long‑term customer partnerships.
• Contribute to a high‑performing sales team and achieve growth targets.

Required profile

• Commercial experience within the QSR sector.
• Proven ability to build and sustain successful customer relationships.
• Tenacious approach to new‑business development and results‑driven mindset.
• Track record of innovative, high‑growth initiatives.
• Self‑starter with strong negotiation and strategic influence.
• Demonstrated P&L management and KPI delivery.
• Excellent organisation and time‑management skills.
• Passion for food and solid knowledge of the UK grocery market.
• University degree and ambition to progress to larger roles.
