Account Manager & Recruiter – Offshore Wind & TSO

About the role

DNV is seeking a hybrid Account Manager / Recruiter to support its Industrial Services growth in France. The role combines client relationship management, business development, technical recruitment and operational support for offshore wind and transmission system operator projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand relationships with offshore wind developers, EPCs, OEMs and French TSO (RTE) contractors.
• Identify and pursue opportunities in vendor inspection, site inspection, supervision and quality‑assurance services.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, support contract negotiations and ensure compliance with DNV governance.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment of electrical and grid engineers (HV/MV), offshore inspectors, supervisors and QA/QC specialists.
• Build and maintain a network of freelance inspectors and consultants, assess candidates against DNV competence requirements, and mobilise resources promptly.
• Act as the primary interface between clients and inspection personnel, monitoring scope, technical requirements and resource capabilities.
• Ensure high‑quality delivery, client satisfaction and adherence to DNV standards while proactively managing risks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the offshore wind sector and/or with transmission system operators.
• Strong background in technical recruitment and talent acquisition for engineering roles.
• Excellent client‑facing skills and ability to develop new business opportunities.
