Account Manager (SaaS) – Glasgow

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Account Manager to own a portfolio of B2B SaaS customers in Glasgow. You will build strong relationships, drive product adoption and identify growth opportunities while working closely with Customer Success, Support, Projects and Sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of around 100 B2B accounts.
• Conduct regular business reviews and success meetings with key decision‑makers.
• Increase product adoption, monitor satisfaction and mitigate retention risks.
• Identify upsell, cross‑sell and expansion opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and account plans.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries.

Required profile

• Experience in Account Management, Customer Success or Client Services within a SaaS or B2B environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to spot growth opportunities.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated with a passion for helping customers succeed.
