Account Manager - Sales

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our internal sales team in Cambridge. The role focuses on nurturing existing customer relationships, driving revenue growth and delivering a high‑quality service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop an existing portfolio of customer accounts.
• Build strong, long‑term relationships with clients.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue through additional products and services.
• Follow up enquiries and maintain regular customer contact.
• Keep CRM records up to date.
• Work towards individual sales targets while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in account management, internal sales, business development, customer success or a similar customer‑facing commercial role.
• Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships, spotting commercial opportunities and delivering excellent service.
• Experience in a B2B environment is advantageous but not essential.
