Account Manager – Tax & E‑invoicing SaaS (EMEA)

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to drive upsell and cross‑sell growth across mid‑market clients throughout EMEA. This high‑impact, growth‑focused position will expand complex accounts with a full suite of tax, e‑invoicing and compliance SaaS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross‑selling to existing mid‑market accounts.
• Build and nurture relationships with CFOs, Heads of Tax and Finance Leaders.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans across multiple EMEA countries.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering and partner networks for co‑sell opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong account management experience in Fintech or SaaS environments.
• Proven track record of growing revenue within existing SMB or mid‑market accounts.
• Consultative selling style with a strategic mindset.
• Experience selling to finance stakeholders such as CFOs and tax heads.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish) are a plus.
• Based in the London area with flexibility to work on‑site one day per week.
