Account Manager – UK Venues

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Account Manager who is passionate about theatre, live entertainment and cultural institutions. The role supports a portfolio of UK venue and cultural clients, acting as the central point of coordination between clients and SINE Digital’s specialist teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the day‑to‑day contact for a portfolio of venue and cultural clients, supporting Account Directors.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and develop a deep understanding of their priorities, commercial objectives and planning cycles.
• Coordinate campaign delivery, track budgets, timelines and deliverables, and ensure all parties remain aligned.
• Support client meetings, reporting sessions, QBRs, campaign reviews and presentations.
• Maintain accurate commercial documentation, track client feedback, approvals and actions.
• Assist with proactive planning around season launches, membership campaigns, fundraising initiatives and major on‑sales.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and long‑term client development.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in account management, project coordination, marketing or client services.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Passion for live entertainment, theatre and cultural institutions.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
