Account Specialist – Part‑time (20 hrs/week)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Account Specialist to join our recruitment team in Maidenhead. The role covers 20 hours per week, with flexible shift patterns between 8 am‑1 pm or 9 am‑2 pm and a complementary shift covering the later part of the day.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with up to 150 temporary staff, organising worker surgeries and regular check‑ins.
• Deliver face‑to‑face client service and conduct engagement meetings.
• Monitor and respond to email and phone communications promptly.
• Manage employee‑relations cases and support VMS administration.
• Assist the recruitment function with administrative actions and maintain live assessments.
• Occasionally travel to Witney, Abingdon or Central London as required.

Required profile

• Experience in worker engagement or temporary‑staff coordination.
• Strong client‑service orientation and ability to conduct formal check‑ins.
• Comfort with handling employee‑relations matters.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel when needed.

Required skills

• VMS (Vendor Management System) proficiency.
