Accountancy Client Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accountancy Client Manager to join a well‑established practice in the centre of East Grinstead. The role is full‑time permanent, offering a hybrid working pattern after a three‑month probation period.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare sole trader and company accounts.
• Compile and submit self‑assessment tax returns.
• Prepare partnership and corporate tax returns.
• Liaise with clients to understand their financial needs and provide advisory support.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years’ experience working in an accountancy practice.
• Qualified ICAEW or ACCA (QBE considered).
• Strong knowledge of UK tax legislation and accounting standards.
• Based within reasonable commuting distance of East Grinstead.
