Accountant - Farming Sector Clients

About the role

Join a growing accountancy practice in Holsworthy as an Accountant focused on farming and other rural‑related sector clients. You will develop your technical expertise while supporting a diverse portfolio of agricultural, landed estates, holiday lets, property and retail clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare year‑end accounts and tax returns for farming and rural sector clients.
• Provide a range of wider accounting services, including advisory support.
• Work across related sectors such as landed estates, holiday lets, property and retail.
• Develop technically and progress towards senior responsibilities within the firm.

Required profile

• AAT qualification or studying, or pursuing ACCA/ACA qualifications.
• Experience working in an accountancy practice of any size.
• 2–3 years (or more) experience preparing year‑end accounts and tax.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in agricultural sector accounting, or a personal link to the sector.
• Motivation to progress and add value in a growing firm.
