About the role
This is a newly created, part‑qualified accountant position within a growing Essex organisation. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will join a dynamic finance team and gain exposure to all core finance activities.
Key responsibilities
- Support the preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Assist with year‑end accounts and audit requirements.
- Conduct financial analysis and produce cash‑flow reports.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns.
- Provide general finance support, including purchase and sales ledger duties during peak periods.
Required profile
- Early stage ACCA/CIMA student or part‑qualified accountant.
- Experience at a Finance Assistant or Assistant Accountant level.
- Proactive, professional and open‑minded with a strong desire to develop.
