Accountant – Norwich City Centre

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Accountant to join our modern, fast‑paced team in Norwich city centre. You will work on a variety of client accounts, using cloud‑based software, and enjoy a supportive environment that values smart work over long hours.

Key responsibilities

• Bookkeeping and maintaining accurate financial records
• Preparing VAT returns
• Producing management accounts
• Supporting year‑end accounts
• Working with cloud‑based accounting software such as Xero and QuickBooks
• Assisting client queries and delivering excellent service
• Providing general administrative support as required

Required profile

• ACCA/ACA qualified or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role
• Confident using accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks or similar)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to manage workload in a fast‑paced environment
