Accounts Administrator – Temporary (Kent, Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and organised Accounts Administrator to join our busy finance team on a six‑month temporary basis. The role is based in Kent with flexible remote working, allowing you to support the team while attending occasional on‑site meetings or training.

Key responsibilities

• Process invoices and purchase orders.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Enter data and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with payroll administration when required.
• Handle email and telephone queries professionally.
• Provide general administrative support to the finance team.

Required profile

• Previous experience in accounts administration or finance support.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote workload.
• Stable internet connection and suitable home working environment.
• Based in Kent for occasional face‑to‑face meetings.
