About the role

A well‑established Chartered Accountancy firm in Cheltenham is looking for an experienced Accounts and Advisory Manager to lead a varied client portfolio, deliver high‑quality accounts and advisory services, and mentor junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of accounts and advisory clients from start to finish.
• Review accounts prepared by junior staff and provide constructive feedback.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Support the development and mentoring of junior team members.
• Collaborate closely with partners and directors to offer commercially‑minded advice to owner‑managed businesses, SMEs, and larger corporate clients.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA) with solid UK practice experience.
