Accounts Apprentice – Finance Apprenticeship in Maidstone

About the role

Join the Finance Head Office in Maidstone as an Accounts Apprentice and start earning while you work towards a Level 2 AAT Apprenticeship. You will receive hands‑on training and support as you develop the core skills needed for a career in finance.

Key responsibilities

• Process and verify purchase and sales invoices, as well as cash sales documentation.
• Record and reconcile cash and bank receipts.
• Prepare payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Provide clerical support to the Finance team during staff absences.
• Assist with a variety of day‑to‑day accounting tasks to ensure smooth department operations.

Required profile

• GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
• Enthusiasm for a career in finance and willingness to learn.
• Availability to attend the assessment centre on 29 July.
• Commitment to complete a Level 2 AAT Apprenticeship.
