Accounts Assistant

About the role
We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join a supportive finance team in Broadheath. You will work closely with an experienced Finance Manager and a friendly group of colleagues who value collaboration and professional growth.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain purchase ledger and sales ledger records accurately.
- Process invoices, reconcile accounts and support month‑end closing activities.
- Assist with general ledger entries and ensure timely posting of transactions.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department and respond to internal queries.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a purchase ledger, sales ledger or general accounts assistant role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good organisational skills and a proactive attitude.
