Accounts & Billing Coordinator

About the role

Join the finance team at Newcastle International Airport as an Accounts & Billing Coordinator. You will be the primary point of contact for customer account issues, billing queries and debt recovery across a diverse commercial portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve customer account and invoice queries.
• Build strong relationships with operational teams and commercial stakeholders.
• Contact customers by telephone and email to collect outstanding payments and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate customer and debtor records within the finance system.
• Issue customer statements, reminders and supporting documentation.
• Investigate complex billing arrangements and identify solutions.
• Support process improvements and enhance data quality across customer accounts.
• Assist with wider finance activities and projects as required.
