About the role

Join Reed’s Hospitality & Facilities team as an Accounts Business Partner and help deliver temporary staffing solutions for a range of clients. This full‑time, permanent position offers a pathway to managing your own recruitment desk while gaining hands‑on experience in the hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

• Source, interview and place candidates in temporary assignments across hospitality and facilities accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and client organisations.
• Manage compliance, references and recruitment administration for each placement.
• Support the delivery of staffing requirements, ensuring client needs are met promptly.
• Identify business development opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Progress towards running an independent temporary recruitment desk.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive, organised and able to work independently.
• Passion for people‑focused service and delivering results.
• Experience in recruitment, hospitality, customer service or sales is desirable but not essential.
