About the role
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join a media firm in West London. The permanent position involves supporting finance operations across several business entities, processing invoices, managing supplier accounts and handling payment runs.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Accounts Payable inbox and respond to supplier queries.
- Set up and maintain supplier records in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Process invoices, expenses and credit‑card transactions.
- Prepare payment runs, payment journals and weekly payment lists.
- Maintain accurate filing of AP documentation in SharePoint/OneDrive.
- Support financial reporting, audits and ad‑hoc finance projects.
- Collaborate with the wider finance team to ensure efficient AP processes.
Required profile
- Degree‑level study in Accounting or AAT qualification.
- 6 months to 2 years of relevant Accounts Payable experience.
- Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
